Privacy policy
Tombolio works without an account and without sending your lists to a server. This page explains what data is processed, by whom, and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller

What the site does not collect
The site does not ask you to sign up, nor for your name or email address. The entries you type into the tools (names, numbers, answers) are never sent to our servers: draws are calculated in your browser.
Storage in your browser
So that your lists are still there on your next visit, they are saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), on your device only. The “Clear list” button, or clearing the site’s data in your browser, deletes them.
The wheel’s draw history is kept in session storage (sessionStorage): it disappears when you close the tab and can be cleared at any time with the button provided.
Share link
When you copy a share link, your list is placed in the address, after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of the address to the server when the page loads. However, anyone who receives the link can read the list, so do not share sensitive data this way.
Advertising and cookies
The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads, personalize them and measure their performance.
These cookies are only set with your consent, collected through a Google-certified consent management banner (CMP). You can refuse, accept or choose purpose by purpose, and withdraw your consent at any time by reopening the banner from the link provided on the site. If you refuse, non-personalized ads may be shown.

Audience measurement
We use Google Search Console, which provides aggregated data about the site’s presence in Google search results (queries, clicks, pages shown). This tool does not set any cookie on the site.
We also look at Cloudflare’s traffic statistics, which are calculated without cookies and shown in aggregated form.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical logs, including visitors’ IP addresses, to deliver pages, secure the service and prevent abuse.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase data concerning you and to object to its processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@ia4ops.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority responsible for the publisher (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
